Issue : There has been a Service Disruption in processing Microsoft Teams Call data, in Collaborate Cloud and Server Platforms. The issue started on April 4th, 2023, at 22:55:00 UTC and was resolved on April 11th, 2023, at 06:23:00 UTC. Call records before/after the above said period is available as usual. Impact : Customers may experience issues in accessing the call data for the above said period.
